Reporting to: Reporting & Analytics Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + annual company performance related bonus up to 20% + 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, private medical insurance, employer pension contributions up to 10%
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and enhancing reports and dashboards that drive operational, tactical, and strategic decisions
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
- Ensuring accuracy and alignment across Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI and Snowflake outputs
- Championing data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across the organisation
- Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting best practices
- Driving adoption of reporting by delivering training, guidance, and user support
- Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required
- Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and reporting structures
- Experience with enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce & Oracle / CRM & ERP)
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear reporting solutions
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, validation and data integrity
- Confidence creating clear documentation, definitions and reporting standards
