We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Internal Communications & Culture Co-ordinator to help bring our communications, engagement and culture strategies to life.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Internal Communications & Culture Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping colleagues informed, engaged and connected.
- Coordinate and publish engaging internal communications across a range of channels including newsletters, Share Point, Viva Engage and digital signage.
- Manage communication schedules and planners, ensuring key messages reach colleagues at the right time.
- Monitor communication performance and engagement metrics, turning data into meaningful insights.
- Support culture, wellbeing, inclusion and colleague engagement initiatives across the business.
- Help deliver internal events, conferences, webinars and colleague campaigns from planning through to execution.
- Assist with engagement surveys, reporting and feedback analysis to help shape colleague experience.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, becoming a trusted contact for communications and engagement support.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic about creating great colleague experiences.
- You'll Ideally Have
- Experience coordinating communications, events, engagement activities or business administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports
- A genuine interest in internal communications, culture, employee engagement and colleague experience
Experience with platforms such as Share Point, Mailchimp, Viva Engage or other content and communication tools would be advantageous.
