Our UK Distribution Centre in Bardon, Leicestershire is key to our supply chain. The site manages a high volume of goods for the UK and Ireland, delivering to Autoglass® and Laddaw® branches and external customers.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:- Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse in line with quality and safety standards, maintaining stock quality and minimizing loss.
- Use a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) to move stock efficiently and safely.
- Follow Health & Safety requirements, manual handling equipment procedures and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Report any issues arising during deliveries or in the warehouse.
- Support physical stock counting and system reconciliation during stocktakes.
- Promote and undertake recycling of waste to support our societal responsibilities.
- Comply with internal and external processes and legal requirements, including: Standard Operating Procedures, GDPR, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001, MHE daily checks.
- Self‑motivated, able to work within a team or individually.

The Supply Chain Team member supports the Autoglass® Technician workforce and external wholesale customers, working as part of a 7‑day a week operation.
