Location: Hybrid / Bedford 2-days per week

Salary: Competitive base + car / car allowance + private medical + pension contribution up to 10% + 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Contract Type: 12-month FTC

As our business grows and evolves, we’re expanding our People team and creating a new People Business Partner role supporting our Head Office functions. You’ll be visible in the business, building meaningful relationships and offering insight, challenge, and support. Your focus will be on delivering a best-in-class colleague experience, guided by our values and our people-centric culture.

About the Role

As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive organisational and cultural change, build leadership capability, and play a key role in transformational programmes, ensuring our values guide every step. Work collaboratively to enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle. Strong judgement and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. This is a role for someone who is energised by variety, thrives working independently, and is motivated by building meaningful relationships and delivering real impact. You’ll be empowered to influence, trusted to lead, and supported by a team who care deeply about people and purpose.
