Starting Salary: £27,723.87 per annum
Weekly Hours: Approximately 40 hours, operating Mon-Sat with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (rotas provided in advance)
Role Description: As a Technician, you’ll be based in branches or out in fully equipped vans, helping customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to high standards and offering additional products like wipers and Rain Repel. We provide comprehensive training, tools, and support to help you succeed and develop your skills.
Ideal Candidate: No prior experience in the motor industry is required. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, logistics, driving, or related fields—anyone with good customer service and sales skills, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK. We’ll teach you the rest.
