AutogenAI is scaling its go-to-market motion and we want to make every investment count. To do that, we need clean, connected, trustworthy data – from first touch to closed deal. You will own the integrity of that data in HubSpot, keep our systems talking to each other, and turn what’s in the CRM into insight the business can act on. You will manage data, refine processes, and facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot CRM and other integrated revenue tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Perform data hygiene tasks, including de-duplicating records and updating contact details.
- Ensure the proper integration of tools across the tech stack to support seamless data flow and reporting.
- Track and analyze the prospect data that sits behind our account based marketing activity – helping us understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where to focus.
- Work closely with marketing and sales, and use tools like Claude to build reporting that the business can actually act on.
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Support cross‑functional projects, such as campaign tracking or onboarding improvements.
