Working Hours: Mon- Fri, 40 hour week

The Role: We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and trustworthy Gate Automation Installer to join our growing team. The role involves installing automated entry systems including gates, barriers, intercoms, and access control systems, typically within a 50-mile radius of our base near Royston Herts SG8 0NZ. This role would suit someone who is well presented, punctual, and customer-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install automated gates, barriers, intercoms, and access control systems
- Install safety upgrades and replacement parts
- Work with automation systems such as BFT, DEA, VIDEX, and similar products
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers
- Ensure all work meets current safety standards and regulations
You: You will have several years experience in the gate industry, DHF qualified (preferred), able to install BFT, DEA, VIDEX and similar products, willingness to be a team player and to go the extra mile, positive attitude and "can do" approach, multi-skilled (electrics/groundworks/all aspects of automated gate installation tasks), ability to talk to customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, experience of the groundwork side of the job/hanging gates/setting out.
