The Role
We’re hiring an SDR to manage our growing community presence and drive warm outbound engagement across social channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, nurturing relationships in comment sections, managing DMs, and proactively reaching out to warm leads to book consultations with the founder. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on conversation, understands social media, and wants to play a key role in a fast-growing brand’s commercial success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and engage with comment sections and community interactions across TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Respond to inbound DMs and enquiries across social platforms in a timely, on-brand manner
- Identify and proactively reach out to warm leads via LinkedIn and other social channels
- Book consultations with the founder for qualified prospects
- Track outreach activity and maintain a clear pipeline of leads
- Collaborate with the Head of Content to identify high-engagement posts and capitalise on inbound interest
- Represent the Autofolio brand with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills, you can engage naturally and persuasively online
- Experience using LinkedIn for outbound outreach or lead generation
- Comfortable managing multiple social platforms and conversations simultaneously
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
