We are seeking a friendly and reliable Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be attentive to detail, and possess a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in janitorial services or customer service is advantageous, but full training will be provided. Duties
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to ensure vehicles are cleaned to high standards
- Greet customers courteously and assist with their vehicle needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including organising supplies and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Provide assistance with vehicle detailing if required
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional and friendly, enhancing overall customer satisfaction
- Manage cash or card payments accurately at the point of sale
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in driving or operating vehicle cleaning equipment is preferred but not essential
