We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. This role involves evaluating vehicle damage and sending insurance approved estimates through systems like Audatex, GT Motive and bodyshop management systems. The ideal candidate must hold their VDA accreditation. The role will also include ordering parts and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring efficient vehicle repairs and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to develop specialised skills within the automotive repair industry while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine repair requirements and costs.
  • Manage parts inventory, including sourcing, ordering, and organising vehicle parts efficiently.
  • Upsell additional services or parts where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction and business revenue.
  • Liaise with repair technicians and suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and smooth workflow.
  • Maintain detailed records of assessments, parts orders, and customer interactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure the parts department is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Qualifications
