Workshop Manager / Lead Technician and MOT Tester
Autodiag is an independent, family-led garage in Rugby seeking a confident and experienced person to take ownership of the day-to-day workshop. This could suit an existing workshop or fast-fit centre manager, or a long-standing skilled technician and MOT tester ready to step up. You will organise the diary and workflow, lead the team, prepare estimates and gain authorisation, manage parts, maintain quality and MOT compliance, handle customer communication and remain hands-on when needed. £40,000 basic plus a performance-related bonus. We do not use pressure selling or corporate upselling targets; our recommendations are honest, evidence-led and focused on doing the job properly.
