The Autodesk Global Culture & Belonging (GCB) team leads culture evolution across Autodesk, bringing our company values and the One Autodesk way of working to life for employees worldwide. We are excited to introduce a new role: Manager, Global Culture Enablement, responsible for leading high-impact culture initiatives that empower Autodeskers to put One ORBIT into action in meaningful, measurable ways.

In this role, you will partner with colleagues across GCB and the People & Places (PPL) organization to design and scale enterprise-wide efforts that deepen understanding of Autodesk’s Culture Guide and translate values into everyday behaviors. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution—defining success measures, driving adoption, and optimizing impact through data and employee insights. This is not a traditional learning role. We are seeking someone eager to reimagine how culture is activated.

You will design immersive, lab-style experiences that give employees space to practice the Great Behaviors behind our values in real-world scenarios. You will explore gamification, interactive formats, and innovative, future-focused approaches—including AI-augmented strategies—to drive engagement and sustained culture adoption. As the GCB Culture representative for EMEA, you will serve as a visible regional leader, influencing stakeholders across lines of business and aligning global priorities with regional needs. You will leverage employee listening insights to continuously refine programs and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy while remaining responsive to geographic differences.

If you are energized by organizational culture, inspired by innovation, and motivated to build next-generation approaches to engagement and transformation, we’d love to hear from you. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Culture Strategy and will be based in one of Autodesk’s EMEA office locations in a remote or hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale enterprise-wide culture enablement programs, aligning One ORBIT initiatives with Autodesk’s strategic priorities.
  • Define program vision, success metrics, and governance approaches; leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making and optimize impact.
  • Design and deliver immersive, lab-style experiences that enable employees to practice and strengthen the Great Behaviors behind Autodesk’s values.
  • Explore and implement gamification, AI-augmented strategies, and innovative, future-proof engagement models to drive sustained culture adoption.
  • Serve as the GCB Culture lead for EMEA, influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating complex cross-functional workshops and working sessions.
  • Design and implement change and engagement strategies that anticipate resistance, mitigate risk, and embed lasting behavioral transformation.
  • Tailor program management approaches and tools to support complex, multi-workstream initiatives and ensure coordinated delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People & Culture, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex programs from strategy through execution, including defining goals, success metrics, and implementation plans.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leaders.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience leading culture, employee experience, or change initiatives within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently scope and lead enterprise-level initiatives aligned to broader organizational priorities.
  • Experience designing innovative learning or engagement experiences, including gamified or technology-enabled approaches.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including leading complex workshops and multi-stakeholder sessions.
  • Experience applying change management principles to drive adoption and sustained behavior change.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing insights for leadership audiences.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
