We’re looking for a Senior Content Experience Designer to help shape how content and user experience converge in the age of AI assistants and AI-powered experiences. This is a high-impact role focused on using AI, agents, and LLMs to scale content design for our Factory Design and Operation products. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring content experiences are crafted not just for user interfaces, but also for AI-driven interactions. This role is far from business as usual - blending content expertise, UX strategy, systems thinking and emerging AI technologies – it’s an opportunity to shape next-generation, AI-powered experiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of internal tools and workflows that use AI, agents, and LLMs to scale content design support across product teams.
- Contribute to the design and development of internal tools and workflows that ensure content is optimized for use in AI-powered product experiences.
- Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering partners to deliver clear, usable content across digital products.
- Advocate for user-centered thinking in the creation of scalable, intelligent systems.
- Use research and testing to validate tools and frameworks with internal users.
- Contribute content expertise to specific projects as needed, with an emphasis on building reusable solutions and models rather than one-off content.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX design, or adjacent fields, with evidence of systems thinking and working beyond microcopy.
- Experience developing and working with AI or LLM-driven products or tools.
- Familiarity with conversational design, prompt design, or agentic UX approaches.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and product development lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build frameworks, design systems, or internal tools that support cross-functional teams.
- Clear and adaptable writing style, with a focus on usability.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and shaping new roles and processes.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with design systems or platform-level product work.
- Experience designing internal tools or enablement resources for design teams.
- Comfortable working with engineering teams and technical environments (e.g., GitHub, APIs, AI model interfaces).
- Knowledge of Autodesk products or design/manufacturing workflows.
