Autodesk Fusion is redefining how products get designed and made, bringing CAD, CAM, CAE, PCB, PDM & PLM together on one cloud platform at a price point that puts professional tools within reach of every engineer and every shop. EMEA is home to some of the world's most demanding design and manufacturing customers, from industrial design studios to precision machine shops to global manufacturers, and they don't buy generic messaging. They buy from people who understand their workflows, their tools, and their constraints. This role exists to make Fusion's story land in EMEA: grounded in real customer insight, technically credible, and sharp enough to win against entrenched incumbents.

What you'll do

  • Own Fusion positioning and messaging for EMEA, adapting the global narrative to regional segments, industries, and competitive dynamics, and feeding what you learn back into the global story.
  • Spend real time with customers: run discovery conversations with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and shop owners across the region; identify their pain points, the language that resonates, and the objections that stall deals, then build that insight into messaging, campaigns, and enablement.
  • Partner deeply with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth Marketing: bring the positioning, use-case narratives, and customer proof that power their programs, and co-own the outcomes, you succeed when their funnels convert.
  • Be the voice of the EMEA market internally: bring customer evidence, win/loss signal, and competitive intelligence to product, global PMM, and regional sales, and change decisions with it.
  • Lead regional launches end-to-end: localized messaging, field and partner enablement, events, and post-launch adoption and turn each release into a demand-generating moment, not just an announcement.
  • Build technically credible content, demos, use-case narratives, comparison assets.

Who you are

  • 5–8+ years in product marketing for technical B2B software; CAD/CAM/PLM or adjacent design & manufacturing software experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical enough to hold your own with a mechanical engineer or industrial designer; you understand parametric modeling, design-to-manufacture workflows, and why toolpaths matter. A mechanical engineering (or similar) degree, or hands-on experience as a practicing engineer/designer, is ideal.
  • A messaging craftsperson: you shape positioning from first principles, test it with real customers, and iterate until it resonates; you don't ship copy you haven't validated.
  • Genuinely customer-obsessed: you'd rather spend a day in a workshop or design studio than a week in a slide deck, and your best insights come from conversations, not reports.
  • Fluent in the EMEA market: you understand regional buying dynamics, and you can navigate multi-country, multi-language GTM (English required; German, French, or another major European language a plus).
  • You bring structure to ambiguity and operate fluidly between regional strategy and the details that make launches land.

The ideal candidate

  • Has built PMM workflows with AI beyond the chat window. You've gone past using ChatGPT or Claude as a drafting assistant; you've stood up repeatable workflows: automated win/loss or call-transcript analysis, competitive monitoring agents, messaging testing pipelines, research synthesis systems, or custom GPTs/projects/skills your team actually uses. You can show us what you built and what it changed.
  • Treats release marketing as an acquisition engine. You understand the difference between announcing a release and monetizing one. You've turned product releases into demand-generating motions, sequencing pre-launch anticipation, launch-moment campaigns, and post-launch nurture with Demand Gen and Growth so each release measurably drives signups, trials, and pipeline.

How we'll measure success

  • Messaging that demonstrably resonates: validated with EMEA customers, adopted by field and partners, reflected in win rates.
  • A steady flow of customer insight that changes global positioning, campaigns, or roadmap priorities.
  • Regional launch and campaign outcomes: activation, adoption, and pipeline influenced in EMEA, measured jointly with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth.

Who this role is not for

  • If your job ends when the messaging doc ships. This role co-owns outcomes with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth. You'll be in the funnel data, the campaign reviews, and the iteration loop.
  • If you need a playbook. EMEA is a market we're actively figuring out.
  • If technical depth is a stretch. Our customers will test you. If you can't get genuinely curious about how something is designed and machined, the credibility gap will show in the work.
  • If AI is still a novelty in your workflow. We expect you to build with it, not experiment with it occasionally.
