Position Overview
The Autodesk Global Culture & Belonging (GCB) team drives culture evolution across Autodesk, making our company values and One Autodesk way of working come to life for our employees around the world . We are excited to announce a new role for Manager, Global Culture Programs to support and empower our teams in EMEA and India. In this role, you will partner with others on our GCB team to create engaging, inspiring opportunities to build connection, community, and a deeper understanding of Autodesk’s Culture Guide . You’ll build strong relationships across lines of business, serving as a trusted partner for all things culture and leading locally-relevant culture programs and initiatives. You will also be at the forefront of Autodesk’s culture evolution, deploying employee listening strategies to improve culture programs. This role plays a critical part of our global team, helping us scale culture worldwide while remaining responsive to geographic differences in programming needs. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Global Culture Strategy and will be based in EMEA or India in a remote/hybrid capacity .
Responsibilities

Develop and implement culture programs in EMEA and India, serving as a visible leader in the region and connecting employees to the GCB team

Provide inputs to partners within Autodesk’s People and Places Organization (PPL) to improve culture initiatives and identify opportunities for growth

Lead community building events and initiatives, coordinating meaningful gatherings that put Autodesk’s values into action and connect teams

Evaluate program effectiveness and use data to drive improvements
Minimum Qualifications
-
5+ years of project or program management experience
-
3+ years focused on Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, People & Culture, or other relevant experience
The Ideal Candidate
-
5+ years of focused experience in managing organizational culture programs, such as employee experience initiatives, employee resource groups, leadership development or organizational effectiveness

Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences , including experience communicating with leadership/executives

Experience working in a global company and/or other relevant experience collaborating with others across geographic and functional boundaries

Knowledge of change management practices

Curiosity and interest in learning and developing others

While this role will conduct business in English, a second language is an asset
