Position Overview

Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) empowers the next generation of innovators by providing access to Autodesk tools, learning programs, and certifications.

We are seeking a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) to coordinate partner-delivered learning programs across the UK and DACH regions. Working with Autodesk Learning Partners (ALPs), the PSS will plan and coordinate Fundamentals Courses across Autodesk’s Design and Make industries, ensuring programs are effectively resourced, set up, delivered, and supported.

The PSS will manage a portfolio of Autodesk Learning Partners, coordinating and tracking how partner capacity is allocated across Mid-Market accounts and broader territory programs. The role will also engage directly with educators and learners to drive awareness and participation, support program delivery, and help ensure a positive learning experience.

The successful candidate will have strong program or project coordination skills, a good understanding of the education landscape in the UK and Germany, and the ability to work effectively with partners, educators, learners, and internal Autodesk teams. Business fluency in German and English is required.

You will report to the Senior Manager, AEX Field Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Program Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate partner-delivered Fundamentals Courses across Autodesk’s Design and Make industries, including schedules, partner assignments, learner registration and access, communications, learning materials, and other delivery requirements.
  • Ensure Autodesk Learning Partners are appropriately briefed and prepared, acting as a central point of coordination to support successful program delivery.
  • Track program delivery, participation, and outcomes, identifying issues and opportunities to improve future programs.

Autodesk Learning Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of Autodesk Learning Partners supporting education programs across the UK and DACH.
  • Plan and track how partner time and capacity are allocated across Mid-Market account activity, territory programs, and geographic priorities.
  • Monitor partner activity and capacity against agreed plans, addressing delivery risks, resource constraints, or gaps with partners and internal stakeholders.

Educator & Learner Engagement

  • Drive awareness, registrations, and participation in learning programs by engaging with educators, learners, institutions, and relevant education networks.
  • Support educators and learners before, during, and after programs, helping with program information, access, learning resources, and other practical requirements.
  • Work with Autodesk Learning Partners and internal teams to extend program reach, identify new engagement opportunities, and connect participants with relevant follow-on Autodesk learning resources.
  • Gather feedback from educators and learners to help improve program delivery and the participant experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to align partner activity and learning programs with customer and territory priorities.
  • Maintain visibility of program activity, participation, partner utilisation, and territory coverage to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and scaling of Autodesk Education partner-delivered learning programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, education, partner operations, customer programs, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple programs, projects, or workstreams involving several stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the education landscape in both the UK and Germany, including universities, universities of applied sciences, technical or vocational institutions, secondary and other relevant education providers.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners, educators, learners, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working with program data and tracking activity, participation, capacity, and progress against plans.
  • Business fluency in German and English is required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel when required for partner, program, or education activities across the UK and DACH regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with external delivery partners, training providers, educational networks, or similar partner ecosystems.
  • Experience coordinating learning, training, events, or education programs.
  • Professional or educational experience relevant to Autodesk’s Design and Make industries.
  • Experience with CAD, CAM, design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related software and workflows.
