We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Emerging Business team within our Portfolio Marketing department. In this role, you will lead demand generation and growth marketing motions across EMEA for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) portfolio. This person will own growth marketing programs that deliver MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Analytics to drive impactful business results. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning with handsāon execution and thrives in lean regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute multiāchannel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars) to drive pipeline
- Webinar Programs: Own endātoāend webinar execution, including promotion, engagement, and postāevent followāup
- Paid Media Oversight: Optimize agency performance and ensure ROI across paid channels
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with BDR/SDR teams for lead handoff and conversion optimization
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Compliance: Ensure GDPR and regional compliance in all marketing activities

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo)
