Autodesk is building the Forma Industry Cloud, a nextâgeneration solution redefining how the built environment is designed, delivered, and operated. Forma represents a fundamental shift: from files to granular data, from silos to hyper collaboration, and from traditional BIM to outcomeâdriven workflows powered by AI. We are seeking a Forma Strategy Manager based in EMEA to support and advance the strategic direction and goâtoâmarket (GTM) priorities for the Forma Industry Cloud. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Forma Industry GTM Strategy to help drive crossâfunctional alignment, conduct strategic analysis, and translate customer, market, and product insights into actionable recommendations. You will partner across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and industry teams to ensure that Forma's strategy, positioning, and execution are tightly aligned with Autodesk's broader Industry Cloud vision.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Support the Director in shaping and operationalizing GTM strategy for the Forma Industry Cloud.
- Develop insights, strategic briefs, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions on priorities, investment areas, and sequencing.
- Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, competitive signals, and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
- Assist in framing pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and adoption planning.
- Evaluate competitive positioning and emerging trends within the EMEA AECO landscape.
- CrossâFunctional Alignment
- Partner with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and industry leadership to ensure alignment and execution of the Forma strategy across EMEA.
- Facilitate alignment around value propositions, target personas, and GTM motions.
- Help drive clarity across teams by communicating strategy updates, decision points, and crossâfunctional dependencies.
- Customer & Market Insights
- Engage directly with EMEA customers and partners to gather insights on workflows, adoption barriers, and opportunities for industry transformation.
- Surface regional feedback to influence product roadmap, GTM choices, and priority use cases.
- Monitor EMEAâspecific trends, regulations, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to help Autodesk anticipate changes and sharpen differentiation.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with product, data science, and GTM teams to ensure AI innovation translates into customerâready capabilities.
- Champion responsible AI practices across Autodesk's AECO solutions.
- Support leadership and executive communications with insights, strategy briefs, and frameworks that accelerate decisionâmaking.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, product strategy, GTM, management consulting, or a related role.
- Familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, or adjacent industries (or strong willingness to learn AECO workflows).
- Experience building insights, frameworks, or business recommendations that inform leadership decisionâmaking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams without authority.
- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, architecture, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can turn insights into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable working across product, GTM, and industry teams to build alignment and momentum.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex information into concise, actionable communication.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated by helping shape the future of the built environment.
- Familiar with AECO market trends and the opportunities for digital transformation.
