As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. Skilled in value-based selling and C-Suite engagement, you will manage key accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, deliver business outcomes, and ensure customer success.

This is a field-based role reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for UK & Ireland. Autodesk customers are tackling some of today’s biggest challenges — from climate change and supply chain disruption to labour shortages and digital transformation. You will support them in navigating these shifts, helping them adapt, stay competitive, and thrive in an increasingly complex world.

You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into long-term customer success.
  • Build strong executive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate teams of experts to inspire and support customers.
  • Collaborate across functions to accelerate results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving measurable value.

5+ years of quota-carrying, field-based sales of complex solutions. Proven track record in growing complex accounts. Comfortable operating at C-Suite level. Skilled in value-based and consultative selling (TAS, outcome-focused). English Native language proficiency. Proactive focus on accountability, execution, and outcomes.
