Position Overview
Interested in shaping the future of Autodesk Manufacturing? Are you passionate and energized by working closely with customers? If so, this is the role for you! As a Customer Advocacy Manager, you'll help shape the future of Manufacturing in Autodesk Fusion. You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers, by maximizing the quality of future software releases and putting our users' perspectives at the center of our decision making. You will report to the Senior Manager of Fusion Customer Advocacy, with a mix of onsite and hybrid initiatives.
Responsibilities
- You will connect and engage with Fusion Manufacturing customers to drive adoption for new technology and workflows.
- As a subject matter expert, you'll bring a customer's perspective to the development organization, ensuring new technology is in line with customer expectations.
- You will provide customer feedback and emerging trends to product team stakeholders.
- You will work closely with customers in the Fusion Insider Program, to ensure feedback is captured ahead of full customer release.
- Validate our Manufacturing capabilities in-product and certify end-to-end workflows, in close collaboration with our Technology Centers.
- Roll out new Manufacturing technology to our customers, to our partner network and internally across Autodesk.
- Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts who represent all areas of Fusion, while embodying the Autodesk Culture Code.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years' relevant experience in a Manufacturing role.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering/Machining/Manufacturing subjects.
- Experience using CAM software (Autodesk Fusion preferred).
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with a desire to do the best for our customers.
- Comfortable and confident presenter/public speaker.
- Travel internationally as required.
- Proficient level of English.
