You'll work with some of Autodesk's largest customers to shape transformation strategies, define target operating models, and develop business cases and roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll advise senior leaders, structure complex business challenges and lead strategic advisory engagements from discovery through executive decision-making. While you won't configure or implement solutions, you'll understand how Autodesk and complementary technologies fit within customers' broader business and technology ecosystems, partnering with technical specialists to turn strategy into actionable delivery plans.
Main responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders and transformation teams, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement.
- Understand customer objectives, challenges and operating context to define outcome-driven transformation strategies.
- Assess operating models, business processes, organizational capabilities, data and digital workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define target-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, success measures and benefits realization plans.
- Lead executive workshops, facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Advise customers on how Autodesk and complementary AECO technologies support business outcomes through effective workflows, data management and interoperability.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for data, automation and AI based on business value, organizational readiness, governance and adoption.
- Partner with Solution Architects, technical consultants and customer-facing teams to shape advisory engagements, validate strategic recommendations and develop credible delivery roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation, with a proven track record of independently leading complex strategy and transformation engagements.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following: construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or a closely related project-based, asset-intensive industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems, with the ability to discuss capabilities, workflow fit, data, interoperability and business value. Hands-on implementation expertise is not required.
- Strong understanding of operating models, organizational change, governance, business cases and benefits realization.
- Practical understanding of data-centric workflows, enterprise systems, automation, responsible AI and technology adoption.
- Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and international teams, with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Fluent English is required. Dutch and other European languages are highly valued.
- Willingness to travel to customer meetings and Autodesk events across Northern Europe (up to 50%).
- Proven experience advising executives, structuring complex problems, facilitating high-stakes workshops and driving decisions.
