Join the Design and Manufacturing (D&M) team within Autodesk’s Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. Our mission is to revolutionize the Design and Manufacturing industry by helping our customers achieve superior outcomes through integrated design and make processes. As a key member of our team, reporting directly to the Director, Chief of Staff (CoS), you will coordinate various project components to ensure smooth operation, guiding teams to adopt best practices, implement efficient processes, and foster meaningful collaborations. Your role is pivotal in helping teams meet their commitments and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from both home and the office.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Meetings
- Lead weekly tactical meetings, monthly strategic sessions, and quarterly in-person gatherings to drive team alignment and strategy.
- Organize events to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.
- Project Management
- Oversee comprehensive project management activities to ensure project success.
- Manage dependencies across projects for seamless integration and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, inform the team of potential impacts, and handle escalations effectively.
- Enforce accountability and responsibility among project members to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
