We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Emerging Business team within our Portfolio Marketing department. In this role, you will lead demand generation and growth marketing motions across EMEA for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) portfolio. This person will own growth marketing programs that deliver MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Analytics to drive impactful business results. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and thrives in lean regional teams.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead lifecycle
- Experience managing webinars, paid media, and email campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lean teams and hands-on campaign execution
