In this role, you will contribute to Autodesk's Executive Engagement program, with primary responsibility for designing and delivering high-impact executive events that strengthen relationships between Autodesk leaders and senior customer decision makers. The role involves shaping a broader executive engagement strategy, ensuring coordination with account priorities and other customer engagement activities across Autodesk, and working closely with Sales, Account Based Marketing, Customer Success, Industry Strategy, Executive Staff and other stakeholder teams to deepen executive relationships, create meaningful customer experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. This includes overseeing programs that build trust, accelerate strategic conversations, and increase customer loyalty.

It requires executive event management expertise, strong programme management, relationship‑building, communication and operational skills. The role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Marketing and supports hybrid working with no minimum office‑day requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Build high-value experiences for selected clients and their top executives, focusing on marketing engagement measurement, optimization and operational excellence.
  • Drive innovative in‑person experiences to build executive‑level relationships.
  • Develop and manage work‑back plans and cross‑functional timelines, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements; act as the source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage strategy, execution and logistics, including budgeting and financial management, venue, agency, scheduling, speaker prep, contracts, vendors, deliverables tracking, food and beverage, etc.
  • Drive all cross‑functional project workstreams to successful execution, track deliverables and elevate escalation when necessary.
  • Develop and foster stakeholder trust by initiating and nurturing partnerships and delivering consistent subject matter expertise.
  • Effectively manage resources and priorities to deliver against competing projects; identify and problem‑solve resourcing risks.
  • Optimize event infrastructure by designing and strengthening operational, analytical, and financial processes in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Global Executive Engagement Programs.
  • Demonstrate measurable business impact based on the goals outlined for each experience; use post‑event data to inform recommendations for future events.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience in end‑to‑end event project management and marketing to executive level internal and external board members.
  • Strong project and programme management experience with emphasis on setting goals, budgets, timelines, mitigating risks and managing delivery through multiple partners and dependencies.
  • Proven experience in event programme management tactics, including development of work‑back plans, timelines, budgets, briefs, end‑to‑end project plans, etc.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% globally and potentially over weekends. Primary focus within EMEA and the United States, liaising with colleagues globally.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
