We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to work in our expanding, world‑leading EV department where we repair and remanufacture Electric Vehicle Battery Packs. The role will consist of repairing batteries in our workshop or managing the logistics of moving the batteries and preparing parts for the repair. Full training will be provided for the role. You will be required to work a rotation of shifts:
- Late Shift: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 – 02:30, and Thursday 16:30 – 02:00.
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, and Friday 08:00 – 13:30.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Repairing/Remanufacturing battery packs for a variety of customers.
- Preparation of modules to repair battery packs in our REVIVE Workshop.
- Loading and unloading of lorries and ensuring they are stored correctly.
- Ensuring batteries, modules and parts are ready as per the production plan.
- Follow processes set by engineers to a high standard.
- Follow the production plan and job cards set.
- Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards.
- Follow the company’s health & safety and quality guidelines.
