The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in a similar environment as the work is mainly assembly of car engines. However, due to a variety of working environments on site, we are also seeking individuals who have woodyard skills and experience, as well as FLT licenced drivers. Full training will be provided, and a keen attitude, commitment to quality, health and safety, reliability and punctuality is essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment
- Follow all work processes to a very high standard
- Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards
- Follow the company’s health & safety and quality guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience as a production worker or similar role
- Good understanding of how production equipment works
- Previous experience using wood cutting tools (Desirable, not Essential)
- FLT licence (Desirable, not Essential)
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both days and late shifts when required
