Job Overview Program CNC machines and assist with the prove-out of new products. Lead continuous improvement activities to standardize processes and reduce waste. Assist with cycle time quoting, product planning, and creating project timelines. Support the installation and setup of new equipment. Monitor machine maintenance and collaborate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. Major Responsibilities Maintain digital data traceability. Proficient in CAD/CAM programming. Design and develop fixtures. Perform machine setup. Ensure all quality requirements are met. Develop lean manufacturing processes. Provide training support. Engage in lean activities and continuous improvement. Read and interpret blueprints. Understand GD&T principles. Troubleshoot CNC machines. Perform other related tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in 5-axis milling programming and machining. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows. Minimum 10 years of experience with MasterCam software and CNC programming. Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and use a computer keyboard. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5-10 years of related experience and training, or a combination of both.
