Program CNC machines and assist with the prove-out of new products. Lead continuous improvement activities to standardize processes and reduce waste. Assist with cycle time quoting, product planning, and creating project timelines. Support the installation and setup of new equipment. Monitor machine maintenance and collaborate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.

Major Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with MasterCam software and CNC programming.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and use a computer keyboard.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5-10 years of related experience and training, or a combination of both.
