Bucks Autobarn Ltd is a respected independent VAG group specialist garage based in Amersham, working with Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda and performance models. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and professional team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to a high standard across a range of VAG vehicles. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical and electrical repairs
- Timing belts, clutches, brakes and suspension work
- Carrying out inspections and reporting additional work required
- MOT testing (if qualified)
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
Requirements
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous workshop experience essential
- Experience with Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles preferred
- MOT Tester licence desirable but not essential
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and team-oriented attitude
