As a
Service Centre Advisor , you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Service Centre.
Working closely with the Service Centre Manager, Supervisor, Technicians and customers, you’ll help ensure our operations run effectively and our customers receive excellent service.
Working Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete general Service Centre administration and office tasks.
- Support the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and compliantly.
- Provide help and support to colleagues and customers, both internally and externally.
- Support the network scheduling system, making manual adjustments where required.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, Technicians and management.
- Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Assist with controlling and replenishing Service Centre consumable stock.
- Ensure Health & Safety processes are always followed.
- Complete any other reasonable duties requested by the Service Centre Manager or Supervisor.
