Auto Windscreens is seeking a quality and compliance auditor to assess customer journeys across our Contact Centre, Customer Care Team, and Network Operations.

You will drive consistency, accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the business.

In this role you’ll deliver coaching after audits, identify trends and risks, and report insights to management.

Collaboration with support functions will push auditing practices and customer outcomes higher.
