Auto Wax Works is a well-established UK paint protection film company specialising in high-end XPEL installations. We focus on quality, not volume, and we don\’t cut corners.

We\’re looking for a genuinely experienced PPF installer who takes pride in their work and understands what professional standards actually mean.

This Is Not an Entry-Level Role

You must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years\’ hands-on PPF installation experience
• Be confident installing full and partial PPF kits to a high standard
• Understand alignment, stretch control, edges, and finishing — without supervision
• Be reliable, punctual, and consistent (this matters as much as skill)

The Role

• Install XPEL Paint Protection Film on performance and prestige vehicles
• Work methodically in a clean, controlled studio
• Maintain high standards on every vehicle — not just when being watched
• Take responsibility for your work from start to finish

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Valid UK driving licence
• XPEL experience preferred (training available for the right person)
