We are seeking a workshop controller responsible for overseeing the operations of our workshops, ensuring workflow, managing technicians, mentoring and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

- Assigning work

- Technical, Colleagues and Customer Liaison and Relations
- Performance Management
- Resource Management
- Utilisation and Efficiency reporting
- Productivity and Costs Reporting
Required skills and qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of vehicle mechanics, electrics, diagnostics and repairs
- Associated professional mechanic/vehicle technician qualification ideally with main manufacturers
- Management skills and strong leadership abilities to direct a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and IT skills
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in this role
- Able to manage large teams
