Vehicle Technician Salary: Up to £34,000 Basic Depending on Experience + OTE Bonus

Location: Leamington Spa

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 NO WEEKENDS

Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician / Service Technician looking for a fresh opportunity within a professional dealership environment offering a strong work-life balance and excellent earning potential?

The Role:

  • As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and general vehicle repairs.
  • Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
  • Accurately complete all job cards and service documentation.
  • Work effectively within a busy workshop team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and manufacturer procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Service Technician within the automotive industry.
  • Hold your own tools and toolbox.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a positive team-focused attitude.
