THE ROLE

As a Warranty Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing warranty administration and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently while minimising the risk of warranty audit failures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Aftersales Manager with warranty administration
  • Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
  • Ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are followed
