Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator ·Communicating with manufacturers ·Dealing with warranty repairs and parts ·Arranging for delivery of parts ·Issuing credits ·Collating all warranty paperwork ·Working to manufacturers guidelines ·Issuing of order numbers and authorising work to vehicles ·Issuing sales ledger invoices for vehicles on contract To be successful within the role you will need to have prior commercial vehicle experience working in a similar Warranty administrator, Invoicing, or Service Advisor based role.
