Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5pm NO WEEKENDS!!

About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in the Worcester. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who is confident working across mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs. The successful candidate will be workshop-ready, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling both routine servicing and complex repairs.

Key Responsibilities
·Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles
·Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
·Complete MOT repairs, inspections, and PDI work
·Carry out heavier mechanical work including cam belts, clutches, gearboxes, suspension, and gaskets
·Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately and efficiently
·Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping

Required Skills & Experience
·Minimum 2+ years experience as a Vehicle Technician
·Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
·Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability
·Experience with wiring, fault-finding, and modern vehicle systems
·Full UK manual driving licence
