The Role

As a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs while ensuring all work is completed to the highest manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work efficiently
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing repairs and assembly operations to manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety guidelines
  • Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
  • Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
  • Providing excellent technical support and customer advice where required
  • Working collaboratively to maintain workshop productivity and efficiency

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is essential
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
  • Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
  • MOT Licence desirable but not essential
  • Must own your own tools and toolbox
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence required (subject to licence checks)
  • Right to work in the UK is essential - sponsorship is not available
  • A positive team player with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
