The Role
As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while driving workshop performance, profitability and manufacturer compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the Service Advisors, Workshop Controller and Technician team
- Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and labour utilisation
- Delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
- Managing departmental profitability and achieving operational targets
- Planning workshop loading to maximise efficiency and technician productivity
- Ensuring manufacturer standards, warranty procedures and service campaigns are completed correctly
- Monitoring department performance and implementing continuous improvements
- Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and manufacturer requirements
