THE ROLE

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out servicing and maintenance work
  • Completing mechanical repairs and defined assembly operations
  • Diagnosing faults where required
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards
  • Accurately documenting completed service and repair work
  • Maintaining high levels of efficiency without compromising quality
  • Working closely with the wider workshop team
  • Providing excellent technical support and customer service

ABOUT YOU

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills
  • MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
  • Own tools and toolbox
  • A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
