The Role
- Support the workshop and customers by ensuring the correct parts are available when required.
- Communicating with customers both by phone and in person.
- Managing and maintaining an organised parts inventory.
- Locating and issuing parts from stock.
- Creating invoices for parts.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues.
- Working closely with technicians to ensure they have the parts required to complete their work.
- Supporting the smooth running of the parts and workshop operation.
About You
- Organised and able to manage stock accurately.
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Keen to learn about commercial vehicle parts and maintenance.
