THE ROLE
As a SMART Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring manufacturer and customer standards are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Completing SMART repairs to vehicles including bumper repairs, scratches, dents, and minor paintwork damage
- Preparing vehicles for refinishing and carrying out paint rectification work
- Mixing and applying paint to achieve high-quality colour matches
- Conducting alloy wheel repairs where required
- Maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
- Managing workloads efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets
- Ensuring all repairs comply with health and safety regulations
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience
