We're looking for an experienced Mobile Panel Beater / Panel Technician to support a network of busy Accident Repair Centres across the Southern region. You'll be responsible for completing high-quality vehicle repairs across multiple locations, working with modern repair methods and technologies, including Hybrid and EV vehicles.

The Role
As a Mobile Panel Beater, you'll travel between repair centres across the Southern region, carrying out high-quality body repairs and supporting sites with their workload.
Locations may include:
- Eastleigh
- Chandlers Ford
- Portsmouth
- Eastbourne
- Shoreham
- Poole
- Bournemouth
- Basingstoke
Your responsibilities will include:
- Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
- Carrying out panel alignment and adjustment
- Using MET skills to rebuild doors, front panels, and other vehicle components
- Welding and bonding replacement panels and components
- Applying fillers and sealants to prepare surfaces for refinishing
- Working on Hybrid and Electric Vehicles using appropriate repair methods
- Ensuring repairs are completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards
- Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard
- Following all health and safety procedures and using PPE correctly
- Maintaining clean and organised working areas
- Completing repairs efficiently and within agreed timescales
About You
We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater who is confident working independently and travelling between multiple locations.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within an automotive repair environment
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques
- Experience with panel repair, replacement, welding, bonding, and MET work
- Experience repairing Hybrid and EV vehicles
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to complete repairs from start to finish
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A positive and professional attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across the Southern region
