The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring every vehicle is restored safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Repair damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels where required.
  • Realign vehicle structures using specialist repair equipment.
  • Carry out welding, filling, and metal finishing to manufacturer standards.
  • Work closely with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
  • Complete repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who is passionate about producing high-quality repairs.

You should have:

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repair Technician.
  • Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and equipment.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence.
