Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS xiskglj System
·Previous experience Upselling
·Full manual UK Driving License – Subject to drivers check
