Salary - Up to £32,000 plus bonus

Location - Royston

Hours - Mon - Fri 08:00am - 18:00pm, alternate Saturdays 08:00am - 13:00pm

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  • Arranging Service Department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  • Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor:
  • Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
  • Previous experience Upselling.
  • Full manual UK Driving Licence.
