Service Advisor

Overview

Service Advisor. Basic Salary – £28,000 + Bonus. Hours – Monday – Friday 8am till 6pm (NO WEEKENDS). Location – Milton Keynes. Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Car Dealership?

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
• Previous experience Upselling
• Full manual UK Driving Licence
