The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.
Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and general vehicle repairs
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete all job cards and service documentation
- Work effectively within a busy workshop team environment
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and manufacturer procedures
Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician:
- MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Service Technician within the automotive industry
- Hold your own tools and toolbox
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
- Strong technical knowledge and a positive team-focused attitude
