THE ROLE

As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional level of quality. Working alongside Paint Technicians and MET Technicians, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Repairing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods
  • Removing and replacing damaged body panels where necessary
  • Straightening vehicle chassis and body structures using specialist equipment
  • Carrying out welding, bonding and panel alignment to manufacturer specifications
  • Assessing repair methods to achieve efficient, high-quality results
  • Working closely with the wider Bodyshop team to meet repair deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Ensuring all repairs comply with manufacturer and industry quality standards

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in producing first-class repairs and enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-focused Bodyshop. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician
  • Experience working within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods
  • Experience using body alignment and repair equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail with a quality-first approach
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and strong time management skills
