The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality paint repairs and refinishing work, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to an exceptional standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
  • Mix and apply paint using manufacturer-approved products and techniques.
  • Carry out accurate colour matching to achieve a seamless finish.
  • Polish completed repairs and rectify any minor paint defects.
  • Work closely with Panel Beaters and MET Technicians to ensure an efficient repair process.
  • Complete work within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who is committed to delivering outstanding workmanship.

You should have:

  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, or Automotive Paint Refinisher.
  • Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent colour matching and paint application skills.
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques.
  • High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence.
