Responsibilities of a Mobile Alloy Wheel Technician:
- Carry out high-quality alloy wheel repairs including scuffs, corrosion removal, kerb damage, and full refurbishments.
- Perform diamond cut repairs (where applicable) and cosmetic refinishing to manufacturer standards.
- Prepare wheels for painting including sanding, filling, masking, and priming.
- Mix and apply paint using modern colour matching systems and refinishing techniques.
- Complete repairs at customer locations, dealerships, and fleet sites.
- Manage van stock, tools, and materials to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Deliver right-first-time repairs.
